I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The views from the rooms were absolutely stunning, especially the ocean on the western edge. The rooms themselves were nicely designed and well-air-conditioned, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn't come with private pools. The service was great, with friendly staff who really made an effort to know us and cater to our needs. The location above the unique black sand beach was perfect for relaxation, but I felt the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, I found it to be a good value for the price, despite a few hiccups.
